Terms & conditions of our Selling Services

• We are both on the same team with the goal of finding buyers.
• iShip will take care of the shipping in a timely manner and will pay you within a period between 10 to maximum 20 days in fresh money.
• The overseas buyer and iShip have 30 days to claim a return and get our money back in case the item is wrong, defective, different color, not as described, or fake.
• When the item is sold, you have 3 days to deliver us the product so we ship it to the buyer.
• If you sell the item(s) outside of our service, please inform us immediately so we remove it.
• If any item listed is revealed to be fake and unoriginal, you are liable to the expenses of the loss, such as return fees, penalties, taxes, PayPal fees…
• You are liable for the reality and truthfulness of your item’s description, color, specs, condition = payment is canceled if the item delivered is different.
• Should the actual weight or dimensions of the item differ, you are liable for any difference in shipping price.

Shipping Terms:

• We charge on weight or volume, whichever is greater, based on the below formula.
  Subject to dimensional weight, based on the formula = Length X Width X height / Divided by 5000.
• Max weight per piece is 30kg; above 30 kg, need to split into multiple pieces.
  Packages over 100 cm have an oversize fee
• Items must be well packed and protected, ready for transport; otherwise, extra packing charges will occur.
• A strong box should be used; do not send items in bags or weak packages.
• To book a shipment, we need Item(s) Details, Quantities, Value, Country of Manufacture, Picture, Dimension of the box, Weight of the box.
• Additional Fees occur when shipping Flammables, Liquids, Batteries, Chemicals, Cosmetics, Foodstuff: subject to acceptance.
• When products’ value is above $800, an official invoice is required from the sender.

Legal Section:

• All transactions and services provided by iShip are subject to Lebanese laws and regulations.
• Any disputes arising from transactions or services provided by iShip shall be settled through arbitration in Beirut, Lebanon, in accordance with Lebanese laws.
• iShip reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review these terms for any changes.
• By using the services provided by iShip, the user agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
• iShip is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs issues, or product discrepancies.
• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the products they list for sale through iShip’s services. iShip assumes no liability for any infringement of intellectual property rights or other legal issues related to listed products.
• Any unauthorized use of iShip’s services or violation of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of the user’s account and legal action.
