Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash at our Beirut office
• OMT, BOB or Wish transfers
• Credit Cards (additional charge of 2%)
• Bank Wire to USA bank Account
• PayPal or Payoneer
• Amazon Gift Cards

Shopping & Shipping Terms:

• Our quotations are estimates and subject to variation based on the final weight, dimensions, and value of the items upon arrival.
• Shipping from the USA is based on Real Weight if the combined sum of length + height + width is less than 200 cm.
• Shipping from Europe is based on the weight of volume, whichever is greater: (Length x Width x Height) / 5000.
• Transit time is approximately 3 weeks. Express shipping is available upon request.
• Local delivery details will be provided upon arrival unless already quoted.
• iShip is not liable for Fraud websites, Foreign Taxes, Shipping and Handling fees applied by international shops. These charges are usually added upon checkout/payment from the store.
• Our rates do not include returns & refunds, storage fees, overweight and oversized items, labor & penalties, official permits, customs inspection, analysis or customs delays unless otherwise stated.
• Packing and Palletizing may be subject to extra service fees.
• Insurance covers the product’s value and/or repair cost but does not cover shipping and taxes.
• Full Insurance is automatically selected for any order coming from our Florida warehouse.
• In case of cancellation, the Purchasing fees are non-refundable.
• Maximum weight per piece under air freight is 30 kg. Packages above 30 kg need to be separated into two pieces.
• Customs Clearance and tax receipts are made in iShip’s company name. In the case an official declaration and original customs receipts needed in the name of the client or a third party, this should be requested in advance. The consignee should have a registered Lebanese company with a CNSS valid quitus.

General Terms

By engaging with iShip’s services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions outlined herein:

• iShip reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review the terms periodically for any changes.

Service Description:

• iShip provides shipping, procurement, and related services to facilitate the purchase, shipping, and delivery of goods from various countries to Lebanon. The services include but are not limited to purchasing assistance, consolidation, repacking, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.

Pricing and Payments:

• Prices for services provided by iShip are subject to change without notice.
• Payment for services rendered must be made in advance, as per the agreed-upon terms between iShip and the client.

Shipping and Delivery:

• iShip endeavors to provide accurate shipping estimates; however, actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the recipient’s address and contact details.
• iShip shall not be held liable for delays or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the client.

Liability and Insurance:

• Shipping via our Florida Sarasota warehouse is full insured
• iShip takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safe handling and delivery of shipments; however, and except from our Florida warehouse, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused during transit.
  Clients may opt to purchase additional insurance coverage for their shipments to mitigate the risk of loss or damage.

Customs and Duties:

• iShip assists clients with customs clearance procedures to the best of our abilities; however, clients are responsible for complying with all customs regulations and paying any applicable duties or taxes.
• iShip shall not be held responsible for delays, fines, or penalties incurred due to non-compliance with customs regulations by the client.

Limitation of Liability:

• In no event shall iShip be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
• iShip’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
By engaging with iShip’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may choose not to use our services.
