This Berry 2-in-1 fingertip monitor combines a pulse oximeter and blood pressure reader in a single compact clip, ideal for home health checks. Turn it on and it opens straight into SpO2 mode; press the power button again to switch to blood pressure mode. The gravity sensor keeps the display upright no matter how you hold the device, and it powers down on its own if no reading is detected. Comes with an adult finger probe; batteries are needed but not included.
