Plenty of shipping companies. Very little trade experience.
Syria's shipping market is full of companies, and most of them move freight for businesses. Very few will buy on your behalf from Amazon or from a factory in Europe, know their Incoterms, prepare your documents properly and deliver to your door. That's the gap we fill.
What actually sets us apart
We've been buying for Syrians since 2018
Long before the market opened up, Ish7anli was already buying from Amazon, eBay and Western stores for customers in Syria. That's years of shipments, customs files and problem-solving — not a company that appeared last season.
Foreign cards, PayPal and foreign bank accounts
The wall between a Syrian buyer and a foreign seller is payment. We hold the cards, the PayPal accounts and the bank accounts abroad, so the seller gets paid normally and you settle with us locally.
Buy from anywhere — not just marketplaces
Any store, brand site, wholesaler, factory, manufacturer, supplier or vendor in the world. If they'll sell it, we can buy it, pay it, collect it and ship it.
We speak the language of trade
Incoterms, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, HS codes, inspection and compliance paperwork. Syria was closed for a long time; most of this vocabulary is new here. It isn't new to us.
Experience that stacks: 1985 → 1999 → 2014 → 2019
A family trading and forwarding business active since 1985 (Cargomaster), a founder in trading and forwarding since 1999, iShip since 2014, Ish7anli since 2019. Four decades of the same trade, one team.
Your bridge to Europe and America
Agents, forwarders, banks, warehouses and suppliers we've worked with for years. When a Syrian company wants to import from the EU or the USA — or sell into them — we're the connection that already exists.
B2C and B2B under one roof
One parcel from Amazon, or a container of stock for your shop. Most forwarders here do only the second; most online services do only the first.
Transparency and real follow-up
A price before you commit, an account where you see your orders, written updates, and a human on WhatsApp who answers. Peace of mind is the actual product.

Trade & import guideFrequently asked questions
Do Syrian forwarders offer a buy-for-me service?
Almost none. Classic forwarders move freight that you already own; buying on your behalf requires foreign cards, PayPal and foreign bank accounts plus someone who can talk to the seller. That is exactly what Ish7anli has done since 2018.
Can I buy from Amazon or eBay and receive it in Syria?
Yes. Send us the link, we buy it with our accounts, receive it in our warehouse, consolidate it with anything else you ordered and ship it to your door in Syria.
We're a company importing for the first time. Where do we start?
Start with the Incoterm and the paperwork, not the price. Send us the supplier's offer and we'll tell you what it really costs landed in Syria, what documents you need, and what to change before you sign.
How do I know a shipping company here is credible?
Ask three things: how many years have you operated, can you show me the documents you'll issue, and who pays if the goods are lost. A company that answers all three clearly is worth talking to.
Do you deliver to my door inside Syria?
Yes — door-to-door delivery across Syria, with tracking and a written update at each step.
