Simple, all-in fees
- $75 one-time setup — paid once, after your account is successfully created.
- 10% per sale, all-in — the card company's processing fee is paid out of our 10%. Nothing is added on top.
- Minimum fee: $5 per payout.
- The same fees for physical and digital products.
Example: a customer pays $596. Our 10% is $59.60, so you receive $536.40 — card processing included. The $75 setup is paid once, not on every sale.

First, an eligibility review
Everyone who sells through us goes through it, for physical or digital products. We check your trust, credibility, performance and history. We'll ask for:
- Your name, email, phone and physical address
- Your brand name, domain name and web page
- Your social media links
- A description of what you sell
- A copy of your ID
- How many years you've been active
- Your terms and conditions and refund policy
- A sale contract (or a draft, or a previous contract or sale)
- Customer reviews
What your website must show
Selling online has to protect the buyer. Your site must be accurate, transparent, ethical, legal and clear — otherwise you're not eligible:
- Who you are, what you sell and where you're located
- Your contact and support details
- For every product, service or package: what's included and what isn't
- Terms and conditions, refund policy, cancellations and returns — stated clearly
Your refund policy must say what you do when a buyer asks to cancel or get a refund. We strongly prefer sellers who accept: if the client isn't happy, the seller should refund.
