Selling Terms & Conditions

Seller commitments

• The overseas buyer and iShip have 30 days to claim a return and get the money back if the item is wrong, defective, a different color, not as described, or fake.
• When an item is sold, you have 3 days to deliver the product to us so we can ship it to the buyer.
• If you sell a listed item outside of our service, inform us immediately so we remove it.
• If any listed item is revealed to be fake or unoriginal, you are liable for the loss expenses — return fees, penalties, taxes, PayPal fees and similar.
• You are liable for the truthfulness of your item's description, color, specs and condition — payment is canceled if the delivered item is different.
• If the actual weight or dimensions of an item differ, you are liable for any difference in shipping price.

Buyer's protection

eBay, Amazon and Etsy protect buyers and require that you accept returns and refunds. A buyer may return an item if it is not as described, not original, not working, or did not arrive. The return period is usually 30 days, and the buyer pays for the return — you then offer a replacement or refund. You can refuse returns, but it lowers your chances of selling. To avoid returns, describe items as accurately as possible and pack them properly. If we sell a fake product or one not as described, we don't get paid.

Shipping terms

• We charge on weight or volume, whichever is greater. Dimensional weight = (Length × Width × Height) / 5000.
• Maximum weight per piece is 30 kg; above 30 kg, items must be split into multiple pieces.
• Packages over 100 cm have an oversize fee.
• Items must be well packed and protected, ready for transport — otherwise extra packing charges apply.
• Use a strong box; do not send items in bags or weak packaging.
• To book a shipment, we need item details, quantities, value, country of manufacture, picture, box dimensions and box weight.
• Additional fees apply for flammables, liquids, batteries, chemicals, cosmetics and foodstuff — subject to acceptance.
• When a product's value is above $800, an official invoice is required from the sender.

Legal

• All transactions and services provided by iShip are subject to Lebanese laws and regulations.
• Any disputes are settled through arbitration in Beirut, Lebanon, in accordance with Lebanese laws.
• iShip may modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice; it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
• By using iShip's services, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
• iShip is not liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from the use of its services, including shipping delays, customs issues or product discrepancies.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of products you list. iShip assumes no liability for infringement of intellectual property or other legal issues related to listed products.
• Any unauthorized use of iShip's services or violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.
