Payment methods

Shopping & shipping terms

• Our quotations are estimates and may vary based on the final weight, dimensions and value of items on arrival.
• Shipping from the USA is based on real weight if length + height + width is under 200 cm.
• Shipping from Europe is based on the greater of real or volumetric weight: (L × W × H) / 5000.
• Transit time is approximately 3 weeks. Express shipping is available on request.
• Local delivery details are provided on arrival unless already quoted.
• iShip is not liable for fraudulent websites, foreign taxes, or shipping & handling fees applied by international shops at checkout.
• Our rates exclude returns & refunds, storage, overweight/oversized items, labour & penalties, official permits, customs inspection, analysis or customs delays unless stated.
• Packing and palletizing may be subject to extra service fees.
• Insurance covers the product's value and/or repair cost but not shipping and taxes.
• Full insurance is automatically applied to any order from our Florida warehouse.
• In case of cancellation, purchasing fees are non-refundable.
• Maximum weight per piece under air freight is 30 kg; heavier packages must be split into two pieces.

Customs clearance

Customs clearance and tax receipts are made in iShip's company name. If an official declaration and original customs receipts are needed in the name of the client or a third party, this must be requested in advance. The consignee must have a registered Lebanese company with a valid CNSS quitus.

Pricing & payments

• Prices for services are subject to change without notice.
• Payment for services must be made in advance, per the agreed terms.

Shipping & delivery

• iShip provides accurate estimates, but actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier delays).
• The client is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• iShip is not liable for delays or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Liability & insurance

• Shipments via our Florida (Sarasota) warehouse are fully insured.
• Except from our Florida warehouse, iShip is not liable for loss, damage or delay caused during transit, though we take all necessary precautions.
• Clients may purchase additional insurance to mitigate risk of loss or damage.

Customs & duties

• iShip assists with customs clearance to the best of our abilities; clients are responsible for complying with customs regulations and paying applicable duties or taxes.
• iShip is not responsible for delays, fines or penalties due to the client's non-compliance with customs regulations.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall iShip be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. iShip's liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon. By using our services you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
