About this item

The Shure SM7B is a studio-grade dynamic microphone built for podcasting, streaming, voiceover, and vocal recording. Its cardioid pickup isolates your voice from background noise, while internal shock mounting and a built-in pop filter keep the audio clean without extra gear. It connects via standard XLR to any interface or mixer for full tone control, and its tough metal housing with shielding keeps performance steady session after session.

Dynamic mic with a wide frequency range for warm, clear vocals on podcasts, vocals, and voiceovers
Cardioid pattern plus internal shock isolation keeps the focus on your voice and cuts out room noise and handling bumps
Built-in pop filter and detachable windscreen tame plosives and breath sounds — no extra pop filter needed
XLR output for plugging straight into an interface or mixer, with full control over gain and EQ
Solid all-metal body with shielding against electrical hum, built for daily studio or streaming use
