This kit pairs a D.I.D 520VX2 X-Ring chain (106 links, steel finish) with a 14-tooth front and 42-tooth rear sprocket set, built specifically for the Kawasaki Ninja 300 (EX300) 2013-2016. The X-Ring design twists instead of squashing under load, reducing friction while sealing in grease for a longer-lasting chain. The rear sprocket uses heat-treated high carbon steel and the front is chrome moly steel, giving the whole drivetrain solid durability under regular riding.
