About this item

This 1/8" 4-flute square nose end mill is built from micrograin carbide and coated with AlTiBN for extra heat resistance during tough jobs. It's designed to cut through carbon steel, alloy steel, pre-hardened and hardened steel (up to HRC54), and cast iron with a tight ±0.02mm accuracy. Made in Taiwan, this listing includes 5 pieces.

• 1/8" diameter, 4-flute square nose carbide end mill, pack of 5
• Micrograin carbide body gives strong, durable cutting edges that hold up under load
• AlTiBN coating resists heat better than TiAlN, TiN or TiCN, so the edge stays sharp longer
• Cuts carbon steel, alloy steel, pre-hardened steel (up to HRC45), hardened steel (HRC40-54) and cast iron
• Machined to tight ±0.02mm tolerance for clean, accurate cuts
• Made in Taiwan
