Yes4All Kettlebell Verstellbar/Griff für Hanteln, Hantelscheiben, Schwunghantel, Kugelgewicht

About this item

This adjustable kettlebell starts with a 3.5 kg base handle and lets you stack up to six cast iron plates to reach 18 kg total, so one kettlebell covers a full range of workout intensities. The textured, lockable handle gives a steady grip rep after rep, while the powder-coated surface resists corrosion and slipping. Its flat bottom means it stands upright on its own, useful for storage and for exercises like handstands or pistol squats.

• Weight range from 3.5 kg up to 18 kg using a 3.5 kg base handle plus 6 cast iron plates (2×2.1kg, 2×2.5kg, 2×2.7kg)
• Textured grip handle stays secure through high reps without needing chalk
• Locking mechanism keeps plates fixed in place during use
• Powder-coated finish resists rust and won't slip in sweaty hands like a glossy coating would
• Flat base lets it stand upright for storage and for moves like renegade rows or pistol squats
• Works for swings, deadlifts, squats, get-ups, snatches and general strength training
