About this item

This is a full drivetrain refresh for your YZ250 or YZ450F — a matched 49/14T sprocket set paired with a 120-link 520 chain in a gold finish. The rear sprocket is CNC-machined 7075 T6 aluminum with a hard anodized coating, while the front is steel for durability where it wears fastest. Both sprockets have self-cleaning mud grooves, and the non-O-ring chain is rated for bikes up to 450cc with roughly 8000 lbs of tensile strength.

Complete kit for Yamaha YZ250 & YZ450F (1999-2024): 49T rear sprocket, 14T front sprocket, and 520 chain with 120 links
Rear sprocket CNC-machined from hardened 7075 T6 aluminum, hard anodized gold finish with self-cleaning mud grooves
Front countershaft sprocket made from Nickel Chrome Molybdenum steel, heat treated and precision CNC cut for a tight fit
Non-O-ring 520 chain rated to about 8000 lbs tensile strength, suitable for bikes up to 450cc, comes with a clip-style master link
Lightweight setup built to reduce unsprung weight and hold up to motocross abuse
