NICEPEOPLE Adjustable Weight Bench for Home Gym, 660LBS Capacity Workout Bench with 8 Backrests for Chest Shoulders Arms, Compact and Foldable Strength Bench for Small Space Apartment Room

About this item

This NICEPEOPLE bench is built for home gyms and small apartments where space is tight but you still want a solid strength setup. Adjust the backrest across 8 angles to hit flat, incline, and decline positions for chest, shoulder, arm, and core exercises. The steel frame holds up to 660 lbs, with leveling foot caps keeping it steady on different floor types, and when you're done, it folds flat in seconds for storage under a bed or in a corner.

• Adjustable weight bench rated for 660 lbs, built with steel frame and reinforced triangular supports for stability
• 8 backrest positions covering flat, incline, and decline angles for chest, shoulder, arm, and core work
• Extra-long 29.3-inch backrest gives head, neck, and upper back support, sized to fit about 90% of users
• High-density leather-covered padding resists sweat and wear, with a textured non-slip surface
• Frame tested through 8,000+ use cycles, with 4 rotatable leveling foot caps to reduce wobble on uneven floors
• Folds down in one step by pulling 2 pins, collapsing to 30.7 x 16.3 x 9.25 inches for easy storage in small spaces
