This is a 1/4" shank surfacing bit with a 1-3/8" cutting diameter, designed to flatten slabs and resurface CNC spoilboards. It uses a 2+2 flute setup with 4-sided carbide inserts (12x12mm), so you get 4 cutting edges per insert before needing a replacement. The sturdy steel body has an anti-kickback design for smoother, more controlled passes. Works across wood, MDF, plywood, particle board, laminate and acrylic, on both CNC and handheld/table routers.
