This InnoGear stand pairs a heavy, rubber-gasketed base with an adjustable boom arm that swings and extends for exactly the angle you need. A twist clutch sets the height between 11" and 15.8", and the arm holds up to 4.4 lbs at half extension - plenty for a Blue Yeti or Snowball. It ships with a 3/8" to 5/8" screw adapter, so it fits a wide range of mics from Shure SM7B to AT2020, and works equally well on a desk or on the floor for amp cabs and drums.
