About this item

The Isla Instruments S2400 is a modern take on the classic E-Mu SP-1200 sampler, built with a heavy-duty steel body, aluminum side panels, and MPC-style pads. It runs both a gritty 12-bit/26kHz Classic engine and a cleaner 16-bit/48kHz Hi-Fi engine, so you can mix vintage and modern sounds in the same project. With deep sequencing options, an 8-track live looper, and full MIDI/audio I/O including Eurorack-friendly clock sync, it's built for hands-on beatmaking from sampling to final arrangement.

8 velocity-sensitive pads plus 8 dual rotary pots, steel chassis with aluminum panels and pro-style mixing faders
Dual sampling engines: 16-bit/48kHz Hi-Fi and 12-bit/26kHz Classic (the original SP-1200 sound), assignable per sample slot
32 stereo audio tracks with 16-voice polyphony, 32 MIDI tracks, 96 PPQN clock, patterns up to 100 bars, plus Song mode
8-track live looper (up to 19 seconds per track), SD card storage tested up to 1TB
128x64 OLED display with Grayhill data encoder and number-pad shortcuts for sampling, sequencing and disk functions
Full I/O: MIDI In/Out/Thru, 2 stereo 1/4" mix outs, 8 individual 1/4" outs, 4 external 1/4" inputs, 2 RCA line/phono inputs, plus 3.5mm clock sync
