Klein Tools IR07 Dual Infrared (IR) and Probe Thermometer

About this item

The Klein Tools IR07 is a pocket-sized dual thermometer that reads temperature both by infrared and by direct contact probe, covering -40°F to 752°F (-40°C to 400°C). The IR sensor's 8:1 distance-to-spot ratio gives accurate readings from a distance, while the probe — fitted with a hands-free hook — is better suited for air, duct, and liquid measurements. It instantly shows differential temperature (T1-T2) and comes with a carrying pouch and batteries included. Note: this is not a medical device and should not be used on people or animals.

• Combines an infrared thermometer with a contact probe in one tool
• IR sensor has an 8:1 distance-to-spot ratio for accurate readings from afar
• Reads -40°F to 752°F (-40°C to 400°C) on both IR and probe modes
• Probe comes with a hanging hook, ideal for air vents, ducts, and liquids
• Laser doubles as a pointer, and the backlit LCD helps in low light
• Calculates differential temperature (T1-T2) between two readings instantly
