About this item

This media converter bridges Gigabit copper Ethernet to 850nm multimode fiber over an LC duplex port, reaching up to 550 m on OM2-OM5 fiber or about 275 m on OM1. The SFP module comes pre-installed and factory-aligned, and the RJ45 side auto-negotiates 10/100/1000Base-T with Cat5e or Cat6 cable. It passes jumbo frames and tagged VLAN traffic cleanly, and includes DIP switches for link-loss forwarding and speed control. Fanless and compact at 94 x 70.5 x 26.5 mm, it comes with the SFP module, power adapter, a short Cat6 cable, mounting ears, and dust caps - just add your own LC-to-LC multimode patch cords.
