Gaiam Yoga Mat - Premium 6mm Print Reversible Extra Thick Non Slip Exercise & Fitness Mat for All Types of Yoga, Pilates & Floor Workouts (68" x 24" x 6mm Thick)

About this item

This Gaiam mat gives you 6mm of thick cushioning in a 68" x 24" size, ideal for yoga, Pilates and general floor workouts. It's reversible with a textured, sticky surface on both sides for reliable grip, and it's light enough to roll up and take with you. The PVC is free of DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP and DNOP, so just air it out for a couple of days before your first session to clear any new-mat smell. A downloadable yoga class is included to help you get moving right away.

• 6mm extra-thick PVC mat for cushioned support on knees, elbows and spine
• Measures 68" long x 24" wide, light enough to roll up and carry anywhere
• Two-sided reversible print, each side textured for a solid non-slip grip
• Made without DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP or DNOP for a safer, non-toxic mat
• New mats may have a mild odor — unroll and air out for 2-3 days before use
• Comes with a downloadable yoga workout to get you started
