FEIERDUN 5-in-1 Adjustable Dumbbell Set, 12LBS (5.5KG) Adjustable Weights for Women Home, Dual Locking Hand Weights with TPU Soft Handle, Rehab Pilates Yoga Strength Training

About this item

This FEIERDUN set gives you five weight levels per dumbbell—2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 lbs—adding up to a 12 lb (5.5 kg) pair, so one set covers a full range of exercises. A dual-lock mechanism lets you change weights in about a second while keeping each plate firmly in place during reps. The 4.5-inch handle has a soft TPU grip with a raised dot texture for comfort and control, and the whole set stores in under 0.2 sq ft of space.

• 5 weight options per dumbbell: 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 lbs, for a 12 lb (5.5 kg) pair total
• Switch weights in about 1 second with a dual-lock system that keeps plates from wobbling
• 4.5-inch handle with soft TPU grip and raised dot texture for a secure hold, even when sweaty
• Suits toning, light strength training, cardio, rehab, Pilates and yoga for beginners or regular users
• Works arms, shoulders, core, glutes and legs with one compact set
• Takes up less than 0.2 sq ft of storage, small enough for a gym bag
