Theraband 15302 FlexBar Tennis Elbow Therapy Bar for Golfers Elbow and Tendinitis, Medium-Heavy, Green/Blue, Pack of 2

About this item

This pack includes two TheraBand FlexBar exercisers — a medium-resistance Green bar and a heavier Blue bar — each with a ridged surface for a secure grip while bending or twisting. The Green bar (1¾” diameter, 15 lbs of force) targets elbow, wrist and forearm rehab, while the Blue bar (2” diameter, 25 lbs of force) is built for stronger grip and sport-specific training. Both are made from durable natural rubber and are backed by clinical research showing major pain relief and tendon strength gains for tennis elbow sufferers. Comes with instructions for the Tyler Twist exercise routine.

• Set of 2 ridged resistance bars: Green (medium, 15 lbs to bend) and Blue (heavy, 25 lbs to bend)
• Both bars measure 12 inches long and are made of dry natural rubber for a firm, textured grip
• Designed for the Tyler Twist exercise, shown in studies to cut tennis elbow pain by 81% and boost tendon strength by 72%
• Green bar suits elbow, wrist and forearm rehab; Blue bar suits advanced grip and sports training like climbing, kayaking or weightlifting
• Lightweight and easy to carry, comes with printed exercise instructions
• Also helps with golfer's elbow, tendinitis and general hand/forearm strengthening
