About this item

The PLANEX LHS 2-M is a long-reach drywall sander designed to handle walls and ceilings without the need for scaffolding or a ladder for most rooms. Its brushless EC-TEC motor delivers a consistent random-orbit motion, while the adjustable suction helps the tool support its own weight against the surface, easing strain during long sanding sessions. It pairs well with the Festool CT 36 E AC dust extractor (sold separately) for cleaner, dust-controlled sanding. The package comes with a carrying bag, hose clip, sanding pad, interface pad, P180 abrasive and a 4 m Plug-it power cable.

55" (1.4 m) extendable reach with ergonomic T-handle, built for walls and ceilings at standard room heights
Brushless EC-TEC motor drives a random-orbit sanding action for an even, smooth finish
Adjustable vacuum suction lets the sander grip the surface on its own, cutting down arm and back fatigue
220 mm sanding pad with 225 mm abrasive diameter, 4 mm stroke, running 5000–8500 RPM
Runs on 400W, comes with a 4 m Plug-it power cable and weighs 4 kg (8.82 lb)
Includes carrying bag, hose clip, sanding pad, interface pad and P180 StickFix abrasive
