About this item

A doorway pull-up bar with multiple grip angles to work different muscles, cushioned with soft foam so it stays comfortable on long sets. It clips onto the door frame with steel hooks and detachable silicone pads that keep the frame scratch-free. Beyond pull-ups, it doubles for push-ups, sit-ups and stretching. Check your door frame dimensions against the size range above before buying, since fit depends on width, depth and trim.

No-drill setup: hooks onto the door frame in seconds, solid steel build for a stable hold
