This SBR20 linear rail kit gives you two 2000 mm (78.74 in) hardened steel rails plus four aluminum-alloy slide blocks ready to mount on your machine. The shafts (HRC58-66) carry a rust-resistant coating over 10 μm thick, so they hold up well even in humid storage spaces. Tight tolerances — 0.1-0.22 μm surface finish and 5 mΩ straightness — keep motion smooth and positioning accurate across the full travel length. A straightforward bolt-on design makes it easy to fit on cutting, grinding, milling or drilling setups without extra tools.
