The kit covers the front plate, back plate, side rails, full buttons, plus the tools and screws needed to swap them in - though core parts like paddles, D-pad, thumbsticks and home button stay on your original controller. Installation means taking the controller apart completely, so it helps to follow the installation video before you start.
