Fender Tex Mex Strat Pickup Set, Single Coil, Alnico 5 Magnets, Reverse Wound, Enhanced Output Warm Tone, 3 Piece

About this item

This Tex-Mex set gives your Stratocaster more punch while keeping that familiar vintage single-coil character. The Alnico 5 magnets and Polysol-coated wire push output higher without losing clarity, so cleans stay sparkly and overdrive gets a bit more grit. Because the middle pickup is reverse-wound/reverse-polarity, positions 2 and 4 stay quiet and hum-free.

• Set of 3 single-coil Strat pickups with a classic vintage voice
• Alnico 5 magnets and Polysol-coated wire for higher output
• Bright top end paired with a thick, warm midrange
• Middle pickup is reverse-wound/reverse-polarity to cancel hum when combined with neck or bridge
• Good match for players who move between gritty and clean tones
