Magnetic Wooden Chess Set for Adults Kids 17'' Chess Board with Handmade Pieces, Folding Portable Travel Unique Chess Sets Game for Tournament Professional Beginner

About this item

This 17-inch magnetic chess set pairs a walnut-and-maple Staunton board with 34 handcrafted wooden pieces, felt-backed to protect the board's finish. It folds shut into a compact travel case with foam inserts that keep every piece secured, and the built-in magnets hold pieces steady on the move. Brass hinges keep the board flat and sturdy when open, and two extra queens are included for promotion rules. A solid choice for players of any level, at home or on the road.

• Staunton-style set carved from walnut and maple, 34 pieces total with felt-lined bases so the board stays scratch-free
• Folds flat for travel: open size about 43.2 x 39.8 x 2.5 cm, folds down to roughly 17 x 8.5 x 5.1 cm, weighs 1.8 kg
• Brass hinges let the board unfold smoothly without warping, and the squares measure about 5.1 cm each
• Magnetized wooden pieces grip the board firmly, so nothing slides even if the set gets bumped or tilted
• Two spare queens included for pawn promotion during play
• Board doubles as a case, with foam cut-outs inside that hold every piece in place so nothing rattles or goes missing
