This is MikroTik's Metal 5SHPn, a weatherproof outdoor access point built to survive harsh conditions in a rugged metal case. It pushes out up to 1.3W of power on the 5GHz band and comes with a built-in N-male connector and pole-mount points, so you can hook it straight to an antenna or run a standard antenna cable. LED indicators on the unit make signal alignment easy during setup. The set ships with the access point unit, mounting loops, a PoE injector, and a power adapter.
