This is the AutomationDirect PBM-AP-1H inductive proximity sensor, a 12mm barrel-style unit with a nickel-plated brass housing built for flush mounting. It runs on 24V DC, gives a PNP normally-open output, and detects metal objects from up to 2mm away at a fast 800 Hz switching rate.
