Amazon Basics Cast Iron Kettlebell for Strength Training, Textured Wide Handle, Black

About this item

This is a single 35 lb cast iron kettlebell built for strength and endurance training. The wide, textured handle gives you a solid one- or two-hand grip through swings, presses, and other full-body moves, and its compact 8.4 x 5.3 x 9.4 inch size makes it easy to store in a home gym. Keep it on a rubber or padded surface and away from other weights, since the powder-coated finish can chip if dropped on hard ground or struck against something sharp — check the handle regularly and stop using it if bare metal shows through.

• Single 35 lb solid cast iron kettlebell for full-body resistance workouts
• Wide, textured handle grips well whether you use one hand or two
• Compact size at 8.4 x 5.3 x 9.4 in (L x W x H), easy to tuck away at home
• Solid cast iron build holds up to regular heavy use
• Powder-coated finish can chip if dropped on hard floors or knocked against other weights — check the handle before each session and use it on a padded or rubber mat
• Store it away from other weights so the coating doesn't get scratched or damaged
