About this item

This is a replacement 4040 solenoid valve for Aprilaire whole-house humidifiers, built to run on 24V at 2.3W and 60Hz. It manages the water intake so your humidifier keeps indoor humidity steady between 30% and 50%. The yellow valve also replaces part numbers A2012-S118, B2035-S2, B2035-S5, B2035-S54, B2035-S55, B2015-S51, B2015-S54, B2015-S58, B2015-S65, B2015-S68, B2015-S85 and B2015-S87, and fits a wide range of Aprilaire models including 400, 500, 550, 560, 600, 700, 760 and 768 series. Always switch off power to the humidifier before swapping the part.
