About this item

This 15-inch folding chess set is built from pine and peach wood with a magnetic board and matching magnetic piece bases, so nothing slides or tips over during play. The hand-carved pieces have felt-covered bottoms to protect the board and keep a solid grip on each square. When you're done, the board folds closed with a foam insert holding every piece secure inside — easy to store or take along. Comes with 2 extra queens included.

Magnetized board and piece bases keep every piece locked in place, even if the board is flipped upside down
Hand-carved wooden pieces with a felt-lined base that protects the board and keeps a firm grip
Board folds shut and stores all pieces inside on a foam insert, ready to toss in a bag for travel
Set includes 2 extra queens for more game setups
