About this item

The Schumacher BT-100 is a load tester and voltmeter that checks 6-volt and 12-volt batteries rated up to 1000 cranking amps, running a 50-amp test on 6V units and a 100-amp test on 12V units. Beyond battery health, it also diagnoses charging system faults (like a weak alternator) and starter motor issues that drain current. It works across a wide range of vehicles — cars, motorcycles, ATVs, lawn tractors, boats, light trucks, and RVs. The package includes the BT-100 tester and a user manual, built into a rugged enameled steel case with a rubber-grip handle and heavy-duty clamps.
