About this item

The FreezeSleeve Flat Pak is a large 12" x 17" gel pack that doubles as hot or cold therapy, depending on what your body needs. Its Hydra-Gel core stays flexible even when frozen, so it wraps comfortably around the back, hips, legs, or neck instead of sitting stiff. It's reusable, making it a practical option for ongoing recovery from injuries, surgery, or everyday muscle and joint pain.

Works hot or cold: heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds or freeze for 2 hours
Big 12" x 17" size covers large areas like the back, hips, neck, and legs
Made with Hydra-Gel that stays soft and bendy even straight from the freezer, so it molds to your body
Built to be used again and again, handy for recovery after injuries, hip or ACL surgery, and everyday back pain
Just heat or freeze and lay it on the sore spot for quick relief from aches and stiffness
