About this item

The FLYBIRD WB5 (FB800) is a heavy-duty home gym bench built from thick steel with a dual-triangle frame and double-lock system, ASTM-certified to support up to 800 lbs. It adjusts across 144 positions from -30° decline to 90° upright, with a 30-inch backrest and 15.7-inch seat pad for stable support through chest, shoulder and core work. A spring-lock lever gives instant angle changes, and leveling footpads keep it steady on any floor. When you're done, it folds down to a slim 9.06 inches wide for easy storage in tight spaces.
