Franklin Sensors ProSensor MAX 13-Sensor Stud Finder, 2.5-in Deep Detection

About this item

The Franklin ProSensor MAX uses 13 sensors to locate studs behind drywall, plaster, OSB, plywood, MDF, or large tile, detecting up to 2.5 inches deep. There's no calibration step — just hold the button down and move it across the wall, even starting over a stud. The LED strip shows the stud's full width and lights up green at the center, so you know exactly where to drill. Switch between two modes depending on whether you're working through a standard wall or something thicker.

• 13 sensors scan up to 2.5 in deep through drywall, plaster, OSB, plywood, MDF, or thick tile
• No calibration needed — press and hold the button and start scanning anywhere, even directly over a stud
• LED display shows the full width of each stud, with the center LED turning green to mark the stud's middle
• Two modes: standard mode for regular drywall, deep mode for thick or layered walls
• More sensors than typical 1-2 sensor stud finders, giving more reliable readings across the wall
