Neck Stretcher Chiropractic Pillows for Neck Pain Relief, Cervical Traction Device for Cervical Spine Alignment, Neck and Shoulder Relaxer, Cervical Orthotic Traction Block

About this item

This cervical traction block is shaped to gently stretch the neck and encourage the spine back toward its natural curve. It comes in three sizes and three placement options, so you can target the upper, middle, or lower neck depending on your needs. Built from dense EVA foam, it's lightweight and portable, meant for short daily sessions rather than all-night use. Many people turn to it for easing stiffness, tension headaches, and poor posture from long hours at a desk.

• Curved foam block designed to support and restore the natural curve of your neck
• Three placement positions (upper, middle, lower neck) plus three sizes for a fit that matches your body
• Made of firm, high-density EVA foam for steady support during stretching
• Compact size at 8" L x 4.5" W x 4.9" H and just 5 oz, easy to use on any flat surface at home or the office
• Start with short 1-2 minute sessions and build up gradually to 15-20 minutes as your neck adjusts
• FSA/HSA eligible item, often suggested by chiropractors for posture and neck tension relief
