Each unit has a built-in 1000Mbps single-mode fiber module (1310/1550nm) rated for up to 20km, paired with a gigabit RJ45 port that steps down to 10/100Mbps when needed. The metal casing with side vents keeps it cool, while the onboard chip adds lightning and interference protection. Comes with LED status lights, dual power adapters, and support for jumbo frames up to 9K bytes.
