About this item

This doorway pull-up bar hooks directly onto your door frame with no screws, drilling, or assembly — just hang it, work out, and fold it away when you're done. The updated design has larger hooks and cushioned pads to protect your doorframe and wall, plus a raised bar that suits taller users and wider doorframes (27.56"–36.22" / 70–92 cm). It holds up to 440 lbs (200 kg) and comes with suspension straps for added workout variety, all backed by US Patent No. 11,484,746.

• Patented no-screw design (US Patent No. 11,484,746) — hooks straight onto the doorframe, no drilling or tools needed
• Folds flat in seconds for easy storage between workouts
• Bigger hooks grip more securely and protect the door frame and wall; suspension straps included for extra exercises
• Raised bar fits wider doorframes (27.56"–36.22" / 70–92 cm wide, up to 8.27" / 21 cm deep) — good for taller users
• Holds up to 440 lbs (200 kg), with cushioned pads that guard the doorframe from scratches
• Thick rod with soft foam grip keeps hands comfortable and blister-free
