About this item

The KIWI design K4 is a replacement head strap made for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S, designed to fix the stock strap's pressure points and balance. It uses memory foam and PU leather padding along with a rear headrest to spread the headset's weight more evenly, at 233g total. A dial and 52° hinge make it quick to adjust for different head sizes, so it works well for both adults and younger players.

Built for Meta Quest 3/3S, no battery pack included — just a comfort upgrade for the stock strap
Memory foam padding with soft PU leather cuts down on face and head pressure during long sessions
233g strap with an enlarged rear headrest balances the headset's weight so it doesn't pull forward
Dial-adjust sizing plus a 52° hinge lets you fit, loosen, or remove it in seconds — works for adults and kids
Holds steady through fast movement and active gameplay without shifting or slipping
