This is a 2-inch brass electric solenoid valve built for water, air, and similar fluid lines. It stays closed until 12V DC power hits the coil, then opens fast — in under a second — and works fine even with zero inlet pressure, so it's good for gravity-fed setups. Brass body, stainless steel components, and a Viton diaphragm give it decent durability across a wide temperature range. Note the coil runs hot if left powered for long stretches, so good ventilation and an inline pre-filter are recommended.
